About Your Trainer:

Jade Barbee brings six years hands-on experience to his role as an AAMET Certified Trainer, leading EFT introductory workshops as well as advanced skills mentoring classes before teaching AAMET Level 1, 2 and 3 training courses.

As one of the developers of EFTfree.net as well as co-writer of the EFTfree Manual, Jade is passionate about helping people connect with how to do EFT on their own. In 2009, he and colleague Betty Moore-Hafter worked closely with original EFT developer Gary Craig to help him write a history of core EFT skills in his own words.

His previous teaching experience includes seven years as a private tutor in Manhattan and six years as a popular instructor at Exploration Summer Programs at Wellesley College. He came to EFT in 2005, attending Masters symposiums in Dallas and Denver, getting the early EFT-Adv certificate and eventually experiencing twelve months of intensive supervision with EFT Master Sophia Cayer in 2007, where, according to Jade, "it seemed like she referred me the toughest cases imaginable, but she believed in me and helped me learn to trust my instincts, and this work, completely."

He maintains a growing EFT practice in Bellows Falls, Vermont where he assists people in-person, phone and skype. In Summer 2010 he visited with Gwyneth Moss, EFT Master Trainer, regarding publishing her 16-Module EFT Training for EFTfree.net as a way to support all students of EFT - to make sure they are getting the most thorough education possible. Now as a Certified AAMET trainer, he is excited to finally be able to share these agreed-upon standards in all of his skills-building workshops.

Fall Mountain Artists Retreat

EFT Workshops at Fall Mtn Artists All EFT training courses take place at Fall Mountain Artists Retreat, a private workshop space/residence located in the historic village of Bellows Falls, Vermont. For over three years, Fall Mountain Artists has hosted visiting writers, wellness professionals and EFT clients in warm, eclectic style.

Training courses at Fall Mountain Artists are open to day students as well as visitors from out-of-town. For attendees who want to sink-in to the complete retreat experience, Fall Mountain Artists Retreat offers a spacious, private suite.

Enjoy Private Guest Quarters:

Fall Mountain Artists The Private Suite is 600 square feet of personal retreat space for you (or a group of friends) to spread out and unwind. Cost for the Suite is $120 per night for a single (or $140 for shared occupancy) plus %9 Vermont rooms tax. If the suite happens to be booked, we partner with another local guest house just a few blocks away.

The Private Suite includes:

1 large bedroom w/ Queen bed
Spacious Reading Room/li>
Kitchenette w/ fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and utensils
Bathroom with large shower
600 sq. ft of personal space

Fall Mountain Artists A selection of bread, cheese, fruit, milk, granola, coffee/tea is provided upon your arrival. Visitors are encouraged to bring food for the fridge. For more information on booking the private suite, please contact us.

During your stay, you may wish to explore the historic village (Fall Mountain Artists is on the walking tour) and local eateries like the Vermont Pretzel, The Miss Bellows Falls Diner, Fat Franks, (our favorite) The Popolo Restaurant at The Historic Windham Hotel or the legendary Burdicks restaurant and chocolate factory across the river in Walpole, New Hampshire.
