Want to learn how to apply EFT more effectively? Consider joining us for a weekend of learning and tapping in peaceful Vermont. Our groups are small, interactive, and open to anyone: moms and dads, kids, pet owners, nurses – helping professionals of any kind.
In my Level 1, 2 and 3 training and certification courses, students can expect thorough, step-by-step guidance as well as hands-on, practical experience. In each course, emphasis is on drawing your own conclusions – coming to your own experience of this unique, powerful work.
Each level of learning (below) follows tried-and-true AAMET certification guidelines. These standards, together with my years of teaching and sharing EFT in my own unique way, makes for an intensive, comprehensive and exciting EFT education.
EFT Training and Certification Courses:
EFT Foundations, Level 1 (Beginner) is where skills-building starts. In this hands-on course, newcomers are taught the basics, as well as the “hows” and “whys” of EFT – enough to leave the course comfortable exploring EFT for themselves, family and friends.
EFT Foundations, Level 2 (Intermediate) takes skills-building further. The course is designed to ensure that students gain the experience and training necessary to approach complex issues and the confidence and skill to begin sharing the power of EFT at the practitioner level.
EFT Level 3 Art of Delivery (Advanced) gives serious students an opportunity to reach an advanced skill level. In Level 3 (an optional course, potentially leading to Advanced Practitioner status through AAMET), students explore essential Art of Delivery skills, innovations and enhancements in a creative, playful environment.

What is AAMET?

The AAMET is a professional association of field-experienced EFT trainers and practitioners who bring years of 1-to-1 client experience and independent scholarship to their work. AAMET guidelines for Level 1, 2 and 3 trainings are well-established and based upon the original teaching of EFT developer Gary Craig.
Since 1999, the leadership and member trainers of the AAMET, including EFT Masters and Advanced Practitioners, have been developing and teaching a step-by-step EFT curriculum that remains true to original EFT foundational and advanced skills. Practitioner certification involves not only an exam, but a case-by-case review of each person’s skills based on their experience and level of required training they have received. Certified trainers go through an equally rigorous, experience-dependent process.
Each trainer teaches the agreed-upon AAMET curriculum their own way, but the core EFT skills remain the same. Participants in an EFT training course can expect to be schooled in core EFT skills appropriate to their level, while receiving encouragement towards developing their own unique Art of Delivery.
