How the class works:

1) Register (I’ll send you the information you need)
2) Bring an issue or challenge (you do not have to share it with the class)
3) Call-in and say hello
4) I will introduce the class and provide easy instructions
5) Everyone will have the opportunity to “mute out”, except me and a volunteer
6) As I work with someone, you can “tap” and speak along…
7) You will be invited to share feedback/questions/comments
