WATCH: During this taping of local Vermont TV show (PEGTV), I assist several women with cravings for snacks. Notice that as negative emotions are gently resolved using EFT, the craving no longer holds any power. If we had had more time, I would have helped Traci and Tammy work through the more specific feelings that bubble up as we apply EFT.
