Energy Tapping: Part of A Healing Process
I often say to those exploring the possibility of trying Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) that it helps to think of healing as a process. Many of us have experienced the awesome transformative power of tapping and releasing negative emotions, but we don’t always hear about the persistence that can be required to untangle and allow resolution of complex challenges. There may be many aspects of the problem to consider and handle in small “bites” for maximum, lasting impact.
Thinking of these treatments as an investment in one’s emotional health feels good, and this mindset helps keep high expectations in check. In other words, it is not necessarily beneficial to think of EFT as a magic pill, but rather a process of extraordinary emotional transformation — a powerful way of knowing ourselves better and trusting our ability to feel better, one quantum leap at a time! This way, when one is on the receiving end of one of those “one-minute-miracles” you’ve read about online, the effects are even more meaningful — and you will be more inclined to trust this process as well as your own abilities to transform your emotional reality.
