The EFT Experience: Living the Law of Attraction
As an EFT Coach I meet my clients where they are on their personal journeys. This includes the beliefs they hold about the nature of reality and their place in it. However, on The EFT Experience today we’ll get to play in what I call the Land of LOA. Since LOA (Law of Attraction) involves a system of beliefs that not everyone shares, I thought I’d ask listeners today to explore new beliefs and join us on a Law of Attraction adventure.
A Visualization…
Imagine you inhabit a magical world where your thoughts (and the powerful emotions that accompany them) are creating your reality and draw your life experiences towards you in every single way. As a resident of this world you understand that just by thinking something strong feelings can stir within you – that you are indeed drawing to you whatever is a ‘vibrational match’ to your thoughts – whether positive and negative. You can always trust that you’re not alone on this adventure but are focused on the edge of a powerful, creative and unending stream of universal energy that exists to assist you – and each and every kind of consciousness on the planet while creating your life experiences in every way. You can always trust that there is enough energy for everyone and you can safely allow others to create their life experiences as you do – regardless of what their intentions may be.
To ensure that you are learning the fine art of manifesting what you say you want as opposed to what you do not want, there are schools here to help empower you to practice precisely and effortlessly this living art. Every beginning student is taught that recognizing their feelings is the key to maximizing this process. If they pay attention consciously to their thoughts and feelings, they begin to see the connection between what they think and how they feel, as well as what begins to “show up” for them as a result of their experiences. If they’re feeling uncomfortable or having negative feelings, it’s time to reach for thoughts that feel better; in other words, to adjust their vibration towards the idea of feeling better. Teachers know that this does not always seem easy to do. In time, however, students can come to understand deeply that by feeling better and thinking positive thoughts, the native LOA co-creative process can be counted on every time to shift their experiences for the better. One of the tools taught for consciously altering thoughts, feelings and beliefs is called Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT.
Please welcome my special guest today – Success Coach Paul Zelizer. Paul’s website is www.moneymake2.com, and he is here today with me to discuss the relationship between Law of Attraction and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
